Postponement of the Commissioning of NANTS Milk Factory — NANTS Responds, Apologises for Inconvenience - The National Association of Nigerian Traders NANTS

The National Association of Nigerian Traders (NANTS) wishes to officially inform the general public, stakeholders, and all invited guests that the commissioning ceremony of the NANTS Milk Factory, earlier scheduled for 28th July 2025, has been postponed by the ECOWAS Commission.

ECOWAS acknowledges and regrets that the delay in communicating this postponement to NANTS by ECOWAS has inadvertently disrupted prior plans and expectations. NANTS and ECOWAS sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to partners, stakeholders, invited dignitaries, and the general public.

NANTS remains fully committed to working closely with the ECOWAS Commission and other stakeholders to ensure that the identified issues are comprehensively addressed. We assure all concerned parties that a new date for the commissioning ceremony will be announced very soon.

This project, implemented under the Milk Enterprise Development Initiative for Youth Employment, with financing from the DDC, represents a significant milestone for youth empowerment and economic growth, and we are dedicated to delivering on its objectives.
